Saving Us Book Club

Join One Small Stone’s community to read and discuss a rotating list of books related to climate justice and social action.

Our last book was All We Can Save by Ayana Elizabeth Johnson and Katharine K. Wilkinson. Next up is Saving Us by Katharine Hayhoe.

Mulling over problems – as well as solutions – with others allows us to deepen our understanding, see perspectives we may have previously missed, find connection and grounding within the vast world of “climate action,” and develop intentions for personal action

All are welcome.

Participants will need access to the book, All We Can Save, and a device to connect to Zoom.

Cost: $10

Dates: Monday, March 28 and April 18

Time: 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm

Format: Zoom

Spots are limited so register to reserve your seat.

ABOUT ONE SMALL STONE

One Small Stone is for people who are looking for more peace in their own lives and in the world…for environmentalists and environmentalist wannabes…for long-time meditators and for people just starting out. Using the tools of mindfulness, we can cultivate more joy, happiness, and equanimity in our own day-to-day lives, while also helping to connect authentically and purposefully to the “big things” that are most important to us.
