Become a part of the Ripple and Reflect community to find your footing within the environmental movement. There are a lot of things we “could, would, should” do—but where to start and how to fit it into your life? Through Ripple and Reflect, you will:
- Concrete, actionable steps that you can personally take to lower your carbon footprint – regardless of where you are starting or how much time you have.
- Mindfulness tools to help you generate more resiliency and energy for this work (and your life).
- Models for how behavior change spreads across communities – and how your simple actions can result in positive change far beyond you.
Presented by One Small Stone’s founder, Katy Romita, Ripple and Reflect is a series of four sessions and each week highlights social science research on how behavior change spreads as well as scientific research on specific actions we can all take (and spread) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. All are welcome, regardless of prior experience.
