New year, new program! Join us at Sheldrake for a new year’s reset, as we soothe our souls in the forest. We’ll enjoy leisurely, contemplative, mindful, walking meditations to promote our connection to both nature and ourselves. What better setting than the woods, where we’ll leave behind the asphalt world and plant our feet on the earth. With the brisk air enshrouding us, we’ll breathe in the forest aromas, indulge in both quiet time and sharing, and contemplate words of wisdom. The format and journey will vary weekly.
