Set aside time to take care of your body and mind with a weekly mindful nature walk at Sheldrake. Throughout the spring, we will embrace the weather as an inherent feature of our experience. Each week, new mindfulness tools will be offered as we explore and incorporate the beauty and serenity of nature.
Cindy Olsen is a Sheldrake Environmental Educator, a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, and founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She is passionate about sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness with others.
Dates: Wednesdays – April 6-May 25 (no class 4/13) (7 sessions).

Fee: Members: $210; non-members: $230 (for the 7-week series)
Cancellation Policy: This program proceeds in assorted weather conditions, unless dangerous conditions like lightning are expected. In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice prior to the first class (in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances.
