Mindfulness in Nature Series – Early Spring

The transition from winter to spring is an exciting time. Nature reawakens, and so do we. Join us on our reemergence journey in the woods, where we’ll be on the lookout for signs of new life. We’ll connect with the natural world around us and each other with unique guided practices. Gentle movement and guided meditation will be offered. Each session will end with a warming tea. For use during our sessions, you’ll receive a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable under the forest canopy.

Cindy Olsen is a Sheldrake Environmental Educator, a certified mindful outdoor guide through Kripalu and the ANFT, and founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She is passionate about sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness with others.

Dates: Wednesdays – March 20-May 1 (6 sessions; no session on 3/27)

Time: 10:00-11:30 am

Format: This program is conducted entirely outdoors.

Fee: Members: $200; non-members: $225

Please register. Advance registration required. Space is limited.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice (in writing to scheduling@sheldrakecenter.org), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances, including missed sessions.
