Mindfulness in Nature – Weeds and Wildflowers

Join our mindful nature-loving community for a weekly walk and sit at Goodliffe Pond. This series will take us through Spring and culminate on Summer Solstice. Each week, we’ll spend some time getting acquainted with the beautiful wildflowers that call Sheldrake home. We’ll explore the concepts of “weeds” and “wildflowers,” finding ways to weave their wisdom into our lives. Guided gentle movement and meditation will be offered. Each session will end with a wildflower tea. You will receive a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable during our seated moments.
