Savor this much-needed spring with weekly, immersive practices at Sheldrake’s nature sanctuary. With renewed warmth, you’ll connect with the natural world, community, and yourself, as we mindfully witness the season’s sights, sounds, and renewal. Gentle movement and guided meditation will be offered, and each session will end with a warming tea. For use during our sessions, you’ll receive a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable under the forest canopy.
Glenna Lee is an educator, environmentalist, meditation and certified forest-therapy guide.
