Move into the holidays with gratitude and peace. Savoring the splendor of autumn, we’ll partake in weekly, immersive practices at Sheldrake’s 60-acre nature sanctuary. You’ll connect with the natural world, community, and yourself, as we mindfully witness the season’s sights and sounds. Gentle movement and guided meditation will be offered, and each session will end with a warming tea. For use during our sessions, you’ll receive a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable under the forest canopy.

Glenna Lee is an educator, environmentalist, meditation and certified forest-therapy guide.
