April is Earth Month! Join us for this special Earth Day retreat where we’ll tap into the reciprocal, healing relationship between humans and the natural world. Co-facilitated by Cindy Olsen, Sheldrake Naturalist and founder of Cindy by Nature, and Katy Romita, founder of One Small Stone, this three-hour retreat will lead participants through practices that allow us to simultaneously care for ourselves and our shared planet. Through guided movement, meditation, journaling, forest bathing, and community conversation, participants will gain a deeper connection to nature and an understanding of how to continue to nurture that connection to boost both personal and collective health. Additional nourishment will be provided in the form of tea and delicious bites. Participants will come away with a sense of renewal and connection.
