Mind the Planet: A Nature-Self Earth Day Retreat

April is Earth Month! Join us for this special Earth Day retreat where we’ll tap into the reciprocal, healing relationship between humans and the natural world. Participants will be empowered with meaningful ways of addressing climate change, both by learning tangible ways to support the planet’s health as part of day-to-day life and through guidance in self-care practices to strengthen resilience, longevity and compassion for the ongoing work that is needed. Co-facilitated by Cindy Olsen, Sheldrake naturalist and founder of Cindy by Nature, and Katy Romita, founder of One Small Stone, the 3-hour retreat incorporates forest bathing, guided meditation, journaling, gentle movement, and facilitated discussion, as well as nourishing tea and delicious bites. Participants will come away with a personalized strategy for halting climate change, a take-home climate-action journal, and a sense of renewal, connection, and empowerment to serve as a long-term steward of our planet.
