Add a little magic to your week and walk the winter blues away. How do animals survive the winter? They prepare. How can we survive the short, cold, and sometimes lonely days of winter? Also by being prepared! Join our walking community on Mondays this winter. We’ll head out at noon so the midday sun can increase our serotonin and boost our mood. We’ll walk the same short trail each week, improving our powers of focus and observation as we learn to appreciate nature, even in the starkness of winter.
