Mindfulness in Nature – Spring Forward

Pause your week to connect with nature, yourself, and community at our beloved Mindfulness in Nature Series. We’ll savor the warmer weather and that comes with spring, as we witness the season’s sights, sounds, and renewal. Gentle movement and guided meditation will be offered, and each session will end with a warming tea. For use during our sessions, you’ll receive a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable under the forest canopy.

Cindy Olsen is a Sheldrake Environmental Educator, a certified mindful outdoor guide through Kripalu and the ANFT, and founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She is passionate about sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness with others.

Dates: Wednesdays – May 7-June 18 (6 weeks; class doesn’t meet on June 11)

Time: 10:00-11:30 am

Format: This program is conducted entirely outdoors.

Fee: Members – $215; non-members – $240 (learn about the benefits of membership; you’ll earn back your membership fee after participating in only three sessions of Mindfulness in Nature completed within a 12-month period!)

Cancellation Policy: In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice (in writing to scheduling@sheldrakecenter.org), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances, including missed sessions. Enrollment is not transferable.
