Let’s go all in on fall together. Join our community and explore nature in a new way, with the dazzling colors of autumn as our backdrop. Soothe your soul straight through the holiday season amidst our 60 acres of woods and the company of others.
Each week, we’ll connect with the natural world around us. Guided gentle movement and meditation will be offered. Each session will end with a calming tea. You will be provided with a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable during our seated moments under the forest canopy.
Cindy Olsen is a Sheldrake Environmental Educator, a certified mindful outdoor guide through Kripalu and the ANFT, and founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She is passionate about sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness with others.
Dates: Wednesdays – October 30-December 11 (excluding 11/27; 6 weeks). December 18 is reserved for a makeup, in case one is needed.
Time: 10:00-11:30 am
Format: This program is conducted entirely outdoors.
Fee: Members – $215; non-members – $240 (learn about the benefits of membership; you’ll earn back your membership fee after participating in only three sessions of Mindfulness in Nature completed within a 12-month period!)

Cancellation Policy: In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice (in writing to scheduling@sheldrakecenter.org), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances, including missed sessions.
