Mindful Nature Walk – March

Unwind from your week with restorative movement and mindfulness in nature. Our walk will conclude with tea and nourishing snacks under the trees. Wool blankets and foam seat cushions provide added coziness and warmth.

This winter, we’re offering three individual Friday events. These walks invite you to connect deeply with the natural world, embracing its beauty and benefits through all seasons. You’ll learn about nature’s winter wonders, build connections with others, and engage in mindful practices that nurture a stronger bond with yourself, your community, and the world around you.

Register for each program individually (offered January 24, February 14, and March 14), and be on the lookout for the next edition of the 6-week series.

Cindy Olsen is a Sheldrake Environmental Educator, a certified mindful outdoor guide through Kripalu and the ANFT, and founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She is passionate about sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness with others.

Format: This program is conducted entirely outdoors.

Fee: Members – $35; non-members – $40 (learn about the benefits of membership)

Advance registration is required. Space is limited.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice (in writing to scheduling@sheldrakecenter.org) (please be sure to obtain a written confirmation), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances, including missed sessions. Enrollment is not transferable.
