Join Katy Romita of One Small Stone for a 7-week conversation on climate change–and, importantly, how we can be part of the solution.
Like your favorite, most engaging book club, participants will read a short (~20-minute) article prior to each session, which will be the basis for a rich 90-minute facilitated discussion each week. No experience or special expertise needed. Come as you are.
Following adrienne maree brown’s work on “emergent strategy” – the theory that when people come together in authentic conversations, new ideas and insights naturally emerge – this program builds community and sparks new ideas.
Cost: $75
Dates: Tuesdays – October 11-November 22 (7 sessions)
Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Format: Zoom (participate from anywhere!)
Please register. Following registration, the Zoom access instructions will be forwarded.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice (in writing to scheduling@sheldrakecenter.org), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances.
